It was very simple to obtain all the quotes I wanted by updating. The form was very user-friendly and simple to fill out. The relative questions were very easy to fill out. The insurance did not mention my country of travel.

I am not seeing Covid in the benefits section. This policy provided Covid coverage, which was one of the main reasons I bought it. Does it count as one of the benefits? Please confirm that Covid is covered.

Visitor coverage misrepresented to upsell a very costly plan (US Visit Pro), with a longer duration than needed for my parents. Multiple times, the sales team promised me a refund if I cancelled the plan sooner (which I had informed in advance). So, I trusted them and purchased the insurance. Later, on the date of cancellation, I re-verified my contact with the support team. Their email confirmed that the exact dollar amount would be refunded.
The insurance company refused to refund me because the tenure they were trying to upsell was very minimal. Therefore, no refund would be issued. Visitors Coverage raised my concern, and their support team (Yasmin Sabrina Tina Richa and many others) has been making false promises over the past 7 weeks, that they would issue refunds within 24 hours.
All the documentation and communications emails clearly support Visitor coverage. It is yet another insurance company that has a pure motive to upsell and doesn`t care about the emotions of people who only want medical coverage for their parents and other family members. They just wanted to make a commission on our hard-earned money.
I am also submitting this complaint to BBB in order for them to take the appropriate steps to stop such fraud businesses from trapping people in the future.

I am 100 percent satisfied with the assistance provided by the company, particularly Sabrina, who was the person I dealt with. She was prompt and clear in answering all my questions and has been patient. Although I do hope not have to use my plan, I know that it will work fine. This is due to how helpful the company`s staff has been since I first started working with them. You helped me relax before I went on my first solo international trip. Keep up the great work.

It`s all fine, but I have trouble downloading PDFs to my Apple MacBook Pro. This could be Apple`s new operating software. Although I could request the UHI Discount Card as a PDF via email to me, that option is not available for the discount card. That would be a great solution.

VisitorsCoverage is my favorite because of the simple user interface. They provide clear information and ask you to confirm everything before purchasing. Although I`ve purchased the coverage multiple times, I have not used it yet so I cannot comment on that aspect.

1. Telephone codes for countries that you need to fill out during the procedure must be kept in alphabetical order
2. Too restrictive: The country of residence must not be the same as the destination country. Why? You can buy/extend insurance while you are in the destination country.
3. You can think outside the box. Not everyone needs insurance to travel internationally.

Visitors Coverage is my favorite because it makes it so simple to find the right medical and trip insurance for me and then compare them using the comparison tool. I have always been able identify which insurance companies are reliable and have good ratings as well as positive reviews. The ones that should be avoided are the ones I trust.
Some sites I have tried do not always provide the information in an easy way.
They have been my travel insurance provider for 5 years. I will continue to do so.

Policy purchase is easy. I must wait for reimbursement of claim performance until I prefer to claim. I ask God to keep my health in good shape as long as I am in the United States.

I purchased my first travel insurance. I was advised by the customer service rep which option would be best.
I was unable to make my flight due to cancellation by the airline. I requested a refund of the premium that I had paid. It went very smoothly and without any problems.
