Mary, your customer service representative was amazing! Mary was able to understand my question and explained how she could accommodate the changes I requested (new date and now). She gave me an overview of the savings, how I would be reimbursed, and gave me a timeline. She was efficient and kind, perfect for the job. We are grateful for her service! Good luck to all! Two weeks after purchasing travel insurance from Trawick International for a future trip, I discovered that I had listed the wrong trip end date by two days. I wrote Trawick International explaining my situation. I received a response from Trawick International shortly after and my situation was rectified. The entire process was painless thanks to them! I was very disappointed by the inability to cover certain activities under Safe Travel Int Saver. This is the only policy that I received as a UK resident. Swimming is also an additional cost, which is absurd. There are no options for scuba diving at any level, or for other holiday-related activities at an additional cost. It would be a shame, as it would have been very cost-effective.

I made a mistake with a policy. I reached out to Cathy W. to resolve my problem. She was beyond helpful. The personal attention was appreciated by me. She even gave me her ext. So that I could contact her to get the policies repurchased, she gave me her ext. Building strong relationships with your customers is possible through employee interaction. Your product will be quoted by us as a travel agency. We appreciate your assistance.

The process of purchasing insurance was simple and straightforward with clear explanations. I gave 4 stars because there were two minor issues. I also misunderstood the annual insurance, which they don`t offer. Unfortunately, I was not able to continue with the insurance and could not work with just one employer. The Trawick Insurance agent supported me and granted my request. We are grateful.

Agent was fantastic. We had to cancel the plan and rebook it via IPhone due to poor service. Agent was patient and accommodating.
Agent Amanda was able to clarify and supply information on two plans that were similar. Agent Amanda was able help us through the technical issues and get all the information we needed to make the plan change that was best for our group.

Terrible company for health insurance. Although I`m usually healthy, I was recently in need of emergency surgery due to a potentially life-threatening situation. Trawick refused to pay me $1 for this. I strongly advise you not to purchase insurance from Trawick. They will do anything to get out of paying any claim. They are not trustworthy.

Original claim submitted January 2022 for fall/surgery before cruise. All necessary documents submitted March 15. Three months later, no response. When I email, I get the standard reply “we will get to you soon..blah,blah,blah.” When I call customer service, the rep says it takes min 60 days to process. I`ve been waiting for status calls way beyond that, and it still hasn`t happened.

Due to the death my husband, I had an issue with my certificate`s name. Trawick International promised that they would correct the error. They did. I was helped immediately by the chat person. This is customer service at its best.

The price was fair, but the payout was not. Delta caused damage to our luggage. The handles and wheels were not covered by Delta, which was crazy after the incident. I filed a claim at trawick. They demanded ridiculous documentation, including the original recipient of the luggage. That documentation? Who is it? What is a police report? What? What? For a small item, flight tickets and documentation. Forget it. They will not be used again.

This company is horrible and I will never use them again. Jan 21 was the first time I made a claim. It was never processed, and I received many messages, calls, and emails that were never answered.
The hospital refused to accept my treatment card, so I had to pay cash. Beware.

This company is a complete scam. When I called to inquire about how to file a claim, I was placed on hold for a long time. The claim was for the demise of the policy holder. They did not seem to be able to process this claim. After many calls, I finally was able to determine which paperwork to submit on January 5th. I called back a month later to check on the status of my case. I was told that I could not speak with anyone and would need to contact them via email. I received an automated reply to my emails. Today I received another automated reply. They will never pay me, I`m sure. The majority of positive reviews refer to the purchase of a policy. They have a lot of negative reviews about their claim process. Avoid this company
