They are kind and helpful, even when I try to calm them down. They truly care about their customers. 7C has been my service provider for several years. Their amazing service is consistently excellent. They were very flexible in helping me move coverage to rescheduled trip – which also allowed tour companies to keep the payments they had made at a time of economic hardship. Look no further for ukulele travel insurance. Great people, great policies.

They do not pay for flight cancellations due to aircraft mechanical failure.
They also took over six months to respond.

Six months ago, we filed a claim and were told it was still being reviewed. Initial information was that the claim processing time would take 110 days. Now, 30 days have passed and we still haven`t heard anything regarding our claim.

This company is not recommended. I filed a claim to delay baggage and they refused to pay. It took 5 months for them to tell me. For a 19-day cruise, my baggage didn`t arrive. I had to purchase all new clothes, shoes and luggage. The airlines must compensate for any delay under international law. Four Cornes states that the applicable benefit amount will be decreased by any benefits paid, if any. The airlines must pay. This is fraud. This fraudulent practice is the reason I am filing a complaint to the State Insurance Commission. Seven Corners was slow in responding, never apologized, kept asking for more documentation, and escalated the claim only to deny it five months later. Terrible experience! !

I am 75 years old and enjoy traveling. However, health insurance is a must. After doing some research, I found Seven Corners to be a great match for my needs. After I wrote about my experiences with Seven Corners, I discovered that some third-party companies that sell their policies take them on for the handling of claims.
Again, I am happy for the few who had “great” and “wonderful” experiences with their claim. If you think that giving them money is easy, I`m happy to give them a 5-star rating. Better still, I hope they never ask for money back.

Although I didn`t have to use insurance, it was a great relief when we planned a large trip. A very helpful and friendly customer service representative helped me get the coverage I needed. It was almost too simple!

They are very responsive and helpful. Within 24 hours, my concerns were resolved.
I made many changes to my country of destination and they changed my policy documents without hesitation every time I asked. That was a great gesture.

The rep advised me that I should not pay for doctor visits and had them bill seven corners. I don`t know of any doctor who would say to me that they wouldn`t pay my insurance and bill me from another country.
I also emailed to request support in changing my country and days. I got no response.
The rep said that she wasn`t sure what I was covered when I called her again.
This company would not be recommended to me for travel insurance.

Seven Corners was very easy to use and compare quotes. When I tried to download the confirmation documents after purchasing a policy, it was a problem. I called the helpline and spoke to someone live…on weekends! Within minutes, she had my documents emailed to me and I was ready to travel. They will be used again.
