We`ve always wanted good knives. The wooden display is stunning and looks almost like modern art. They came out as sharp as they were expected. They are sharp as expected. William Henry can also sharpen them for you at a reasonable cost.

The products are simply amazing, it`s no surprise. Truly amazing works of art. Great website. I ordered my bracelet from them. I had to adjust the size so Bill at customer service helped me to get the right size. He is a great guy! He is a great guy! There is one problem. He went to South Eugene High, while I went to North. Lol. Go Ducks!

I had to return a product that wasn`t as it appeared in the photograph. I reached out to William Henry, and he referred me to Bill at ext. 105. After we had a discussion, I returned my knife and was given a credit for the full amount. Excellent service, as usual. William Henry products are excellent and I will continue to buy them.
