Jeanette, my transaction coordinator was very responsive, patient, and helpful. The best thing is that I get my incentive in my account within 24 hours.

Last year, I had the pleasure of meeting a Texas real estate broker. However, the pressure to sell made me nervous. I wasn`t certain if the listing price was correct. However, my experience with Sellwhenever was very different. I find the market insights and real-time news very helpful. I am glad that I explored all options.

Everything was flawless, from the timing to the entire process of selling whenever. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful. I was never pressured to sign up for this program. I was concerned that the company would try to “scam” my property and take it away. This is not true. These funds will be used to repair my property.

The amount you offered me felt very low. These homes have seen an exponential increase in their value over the years and will continue to rise in value. You felt that you didn`t value my property and that selling it would be a waste.

Further, I tried to join the review rewards program…a gift certificate for sharing your program via my social media accounts. Although the advertisement was confirmed within an hour, I still have not received my gift card. Even after reaching out to your team for clarification.

It`s no longer a win/win situation that seemed initially.

Jeanette`s virtual/remote selling experience was very quick and easy. Although there were some technical issues that I had to deal with, the process was very flexible and we solved it in no time. This was the best experience I have had with notary services. Highly recommended!

In 2019, I purchased a house and met Lola Carey, my realtor. She was amazing! She was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I might have, even if it was at night. She will fight to get you the best deal and keep you up-to-date on all developments. You will never be left in the dark. She still communicates with me even though it`s been 2 1/2 years ago. Because she`s her true self, she treats you like a family member. Within the next five years, I intend to move. When the time comes, she will be my first call.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is a scam! Don`t give them any of your personal information. They have my information and my id. I got nothing from them except the running around and lies. You can send me screenshots. I will gladly share your screenshots! I`ll gladly share! This scam is a big red flag! You will never know what I signed up for. Lektion learned

Here`s an update on a review that I wrote ….. This experience was different from others where I felt disappointed with a product, or couldn`t contact anyone to resolve my situation. Trustpilot reached out to me regarding my personal experience. Within three days, an associate transformed the situation to the point that I would recommend the offer to anyone looking for a great real estate experience.

This program is a great one for both Realtors and home owners who sign up to become clients.
Realtors can use this method to think outside the box and build a book of businesses for the future. They can also develop relationships with other people. And they actually have a tangible asset (documented business book) that they could sell when they retire.
To help the Consumers ….CASHNOW (Vacations and Bills, Unexpected Expenses, etc.) to work with a Trusted Realtor in the future. The Consumer receives market updates that help them to understand their value and other information.

You come across companies that deliver on all cylinders every now and again. These qualities are a sign of professionalism. I was impressed by the experience I had when I transacted business with SellWhenever. Great company that does the right thing! They are absolutely right when they claim funds can be delivered within 48 hours.
