Keith was patient and helpful in helping me choose shutters for my home. He was able help me to match the shutters I was replacing with the exact design. They also provided diagrams. The turnaround time was quicker than they estimated. This surprised me. The shutters I received were excellent quality, and I found no defects. They were delivered curbside to my house.

I was able to order without having to see the shutters because the information provided by the sales representative on the phone was accurate. The product arrived in good condition and was well packed. I was a little slow due to the wait time for custom color matching. It took me two times to get it right, which cost me several weeks.
Overall, I was extremely pleased.
