It took me about a month of preparation to take the exam. My situation was exceptional so I would recommend taking more time. Despite the time constraints, the lesson layout was simple to follow and understand. Easy navigation, review and quizzing, and attention to key terms and concepts. After taking the class, I passed the test the first time. This course is a must-have!

I found the practice questions and study materials very useful. All my exams were passed on the first attempt. To have an essay graded by someone else, I paid $30 more. I didn`t get a notification that the essay was completed, so I wasn`t sure where to find the grade. You can improve services by notifying people when an additional service is completed, such as grading essays.

I decided to increase my certifications and to get SPED (161) Texas. It took me about two weeks to study. It was very simple to understand the information on the website. I passed the test without any problems. Anyone looking to become a teacher certified would be well advised to use this website.

To study for my certification exam, I paid money to access this website. After I had completed the practice exam, I made flash cards and took all the questions. This was not allowed. After I had done all the work required to answer all the questions, and because they didn`t provide flash cards for the practice test on tutoring 240, they deleted my work. It was a huge waste of time.

The quizzes and study guides helped me pass Praxis 5005 Science. I was able to score well over the passing mark. I failed the exam by 2 points when I attempted it previously. I wanted to ensure that I passed the exam the second time around so I used the 240 tutoring study guide. They were very helpful, easy to use, and interesting.

I was told that it would be in my best interest to become SPED Certified. Register for the test 5 days later. My background was as a SPED aide many years ago. I only completed 60% of the study modules. To be eligible for the practice exam, you must complete 90%. The test was passed. Granted, probably some luck involved but the modules were very thorough with great explanations….worth the money

Before I tried 240 tutoring, I was using traditional study guides books. The format and content of 240 tutoring were much closer to the actual test. It was very helpful to be able to take quizzes throughout the course to assess your comprehension of the material. With 240 tutoring, I was able to pass my first exam with a high score. I expect a similar score for the second exam. This service is highly recommended!

After failing the Praxis social studies exam twice, I finally passed the third attempt! I used a Praxis book that I bought online, but it wasn`t nearly as helpful or detailed as 240 tutoring. I was so relieved to pass! I`m most happy that I chose to invest in 240 tutoring. Now I am able to graduate and become a teacher! Praise God!

240 tutoring offered such in-depth sections on each topic. It was helpful in studying for the Illinois content exams. Although the actual test is quite different, I found that 240 tutoring made the process seem very familiar. Although the actual exam questions were not the same as those on 240 tutoring, the practice and repetition made it so much easier.

Two months ago, I was studying for the Middle Grades 5-9 Social Science certification. 240 tutoring gave me the knowledge and practice I needed to answer any questions that might be thrown at me. Throughout my study, I noticed some inconsistencies. Although the website gives a quick overview of the possible test topics, once you have subscribed to the study guides, many of these concepts were not covered. Another problem is with the practice and quizzes. Other concepts and historical information were not included in the study guide. To be able to face it on the test, I supplemented the study guide with my own research. The guide stated that I would have to answer 120 questions, but there were actually 100. There were 20 questions from the study book. Then there were some questions I didn`t know about, such as the Florida Barge Canal and European Renaissance figures. Finally, there were economic questions regarding tax and secured loans. The information I gained and the skills I used to think critically helped me pass the exam. It is unclear if this guide was intended to provide the exact information I would need for the test (which I believed) or if it was simply helping me prepare my critical thinking for the many questions I would get. I am grateful to 240 tutoring for helping me get my certification. Just wanted to give feedback to help future teachers prepare better and to urge you to keep this guide updated.

After being out of college for four years, I was able to study for the secondary math test MTTC in just over a month. I was able to pass the exam the first time I tried! You will be prepared for the exam with the help of flashcards, lessons, and quizzes. This site is a great resource.
