Before I wrote my perturbed inspection because of anywhere.com not giving me my refund to get a trip which was reserved for the month of May. I really do believe this is a fantastic business, because I did wind up getting a refund, but my experience wasn`t professional. I don`t have any doubt I`ll be coming back but I really do think they need to be more coming during a time such as covid.

Anywhere.com did an superb job of organizing our trip. We told them what we wanted to perform and they proposed the excursion with a few flexibility and options. We worked our excursion out collectively and everything was great!

In the start the customer support was great and beneficial. I`d scheduled my trip ahead of this COVID-19 closed down. I needed to reach out to them so as to find an upgrade in my reservation. I got the run around a little – a manager was supposed to call me back but never did. Finally my excursion was cancelled, but that I received confirmation regarding the shuttle service to my phone (which ought to have been cancelled too ).

I reached them out to confirm what was cancelled and that I requested a refund and got the following answer – (that is a genuine copy and paste from the email):”We retained $100 deposit and 5% to cover credit card charges.”

I wasn`t pleased with this I wasn`t advised at any time throughout the reservation they will keep $100 + 5 percent or my complete charge — if that could have been revealed to meI would have been fine with it. At no time throughout the dialog and nowhere at the affirmation did it say that they`ll continue to keep a $100 deposit and 5 percent of the entire charge, particularly since I NEVER made a deposit! If that is the way they function, this ought to have been made aware to me once I left the reservation with a representative, over the telephone or when I filed my personal card info.

Following a little more mails back and forth, I had been told I`d be given a complete refund of the whole amount and they won`t charge me the $100 +5%. They said I need to get the refund in 5-6 days. After 10 times I predicted, but nobody got back to me personally or answered any of my queries. Following weeks of not getting my refund, I received my lender included.

This firm had the audacity to send partial email conversations of if we left the reservation to my lender and make it look like they never provided me a complete refund. I needed to publish the whole ribbon and mail/fax to my lender – and my lender managed to get me my entire refund. This is a inadequate method to conduct business, they`re underhanded and dishonest. They had been dishonest and I wouldn`t recommend their services to anybody.

Unbelievably disappointed, it had been only a hassle working together. It is unfortunate.

It took them to respond to this review. Meanwhile I asked a refund in March and just acquired it in June. I had been dodged, dismissed and needed to receive my bank included. If that exact same tenacity and support was exhibited when I inquired about my refund, then it might have been valued and no demand for this inspection.

I Must admit I had never heard of Anywhere.com before I had been doing research for a visit to Costa Rica. It is on account of the excellent reviews on Trustpilot which I chose to get in contact. I sent an enquiry and ping, a reply was sent back in Lizza. She was simply fantastic. She had been patient, informative and very useful. I changed programs, resorts and trips – I never believed that anything was a problem.If Lizza was not accessible, someone else in the group immediately responded.
Our transportation was organised through Anywhere. Again, no problems there . Not just one driver was overdue.
We had been in Costa Rica if the boundaries were closed. Among the resorts we proposed to see, closed – Anywhere were available to provide lodging. Harold was our principal point of contact in this stressful period but having someone on hand was quite re-assuring.
Can we utilize Anywhere.com again – completely!

I`d planned a visit to Costa Rica together with my boyfriend in December. I opted to go with Anywhere.com based on excellent reviews and since I`d never been to Costa Rica before and wanted help with logistics and planning. In the very first contact Anywhere.com was outstanding. They reply e-mails in moments and were consistently helpful. Now into the excursion: We came and our personal driver was there waiting for us in the airport and took us at relaxation to our hotel in Arenal, that was likewise unique (Lomas Del Volcan).
