We can`t thank Serena enough, despite the delays in the process, for all her efforts to ensure that we moved in on the day and time we wanted. Serena offered what we call “personalized service” and helped us tick all the boxes to move in.
We would recommend her to any company that she be involved with all of your clients to ensure they receive the same level service.

Aston Reeves representative arrived late and didn`t apologize. He took literally 10 minutes to look around, then gave the valuation, left paperwork, and asked me to get in touch with them if I wanted them put my house on the market. Then, they proceeded to drive outside for 30 minutes. They are not recommended.

It was an enjoyable experience to meet with her, out of all the agents. She listened to our needs and explained the process. This is rare as it is not common for agents to do this.
