After searching for Disability Lawyers for several months and not being contacted by anyone, I decided to try a referral service. Atticus was the result. Their service is excellent. I reached out to them via their online questionnaire and received a referral for a local lawyer within hours. My initial forms were completed right away. It was amazing to get such quick action and I am grateful for their help.

My intake person answered my questions. After taking my information, she told me that the contract was in my email. I explained to her that I hadn`t chosen your firm yet. I asked her further questions and she replied that she needed to talk to her supervisor. Is she supposed to know the answer? I decided to cut to the chase and find out how much. 25% of my back pay, plus any additional it caps at 6000.00. No I`m not looking elsewhere. I wonder where the positive reviews came from?

After trying to contact three attorneys on my own, I discovered Atticus through an internet search. This is to assist with filing a second disability claim. I am less than five miles from a large city with over 300k residents.
I was 120 miles from a lawyer who didn`t want to take the case. Then, there was another lawyer over 700 miles away, with the excuse that “Everything can now be done online”. I don`t think that this lawyer has good doctors at this distance.
He has not attempted to contact him for several days.
This is a bad choice.

Atticus was immediately contacted after I had received my denial letters. The woman who received my request was attentive and asked me questions to personalize the request. Within minutes, she connected me with a law firm that would accept my case. Access Disability Advocates explained everything to me. She was extremely polite and helpful throughout the whole process. They are highly recommended to anyone who needs assistance with their disability case. They are the best!
