We had a great experience as first time house buyers. Jill Smith introduced to our astonishing realtors. Alina Wagner along with Marcia Maes were patient, organized, conveyed. They took our calls if they were not at the office however. So glad we did not visit a conventional bank/credit marriage. And of course that they waive charges, and they`re also a homegrown local business. My expertise with Az.. Home Loans was actually quite good!! Important for mepersonally, was still keeping me informed of what was happening. Reverse loans require quite a while, mainly due to 5 – 6 wks awaiting an assessment. The paperwork looks excessive but that is the authorities (lol).
That said, my primary rep. was Theresa Carroll that was really personable, self indulgent, and also caused me to believe that it was essential to remain in contact. I haven`t met her count her as a friend. Susan Puchuta was in contact and has been available if desired. High marks to your group!!!!!!!!
