I recently had to make changes to my Bank Mobile account via phone. The Customer Service Representative at BankMobile stayed with me on the phone for approximately an hour to update my account. BankMobile, thank you for being reliable

I had wonderful customer service. Paul was extremely patient and understanding. He helped me understand the process and made sure that I was comfortable with it. Paul is a customer service representative that we need more of.

Although signing up was easy, sometimes my account is suspended. I have had great service when I called customer service. BankMobile Vibe is wonderful and I would highly recommend it.

I was put on hold for two hours and nine minutes. I decided to contact you all via Twitter, where Mike, an incredible guy helped me. In less than 10 minutes …., he was able to solve my problems. Without Mike, I would have been on hold for at least 2 more hours. MIKE IS THE MAN! !

The customer service department is virtually non-existent. To send refunds, my school partnered up with bank mobile. I received my refund without any problems one semester. The system worked perfectly. Three times I have not received a refund. There were several errors in their online system and I needed personal assistance. I tried to contact customer service via the error message or email. Each encounter resulted in waiting on hold, a lengthy verification process, then being told that they couldn`t help me. It is best to try it online. You could also use their email/messaging contact methods, but not receiving a reply for several weeks. They have had my refunds for over a year before they finally got it to me.

Karey was extremely helpful. I spoke on the phone almost an hour and was disconnected twice. After I dm`d Twitter support Karey was quick and helped me through the whole process in under 20 minutes.

I love Bank Mobile! It is very easy to use and convenient. Everything I need is at my fingertips. Customer service is excellent! I have nothing negative to say. They go above and beyond for their customers!

Recently, my identity was stolen. Bankmobile Mastercard was the only card I had money stolen from. With all my other accounts, I lost almost $1000. My other cards were also lost. The identity theft protection at Bank Mobile was a lifesaver. It was the only card that I could use when my other cards were compromised.
They also offer an additional warranty for my purchases
I hadn`t given identity theft one thought. I didn`t have any money so why would it happen to me? I didn`t realize how much peace of mind one little protection could bring.

The service was excellent and the app`s latest updates were a great experience. Even after previous painful issues. My only complaint is that the app needs to be updated more frequently. I feel like Android phone updates are always left until last.

Worst banking app ever!! !
For almost a month, I have been waiting for my refund for three weeks. I never get an answer when I speak to anyone. So I cancel my check and make direct deposit. I have not received my check since the first time I got it. Direct deposit has been delayed for over a week. For student refunds, do not use.

I was having trouble logging in to my BankMobile account. I tried calling customer service, but they did not answer. Due to several failed attempts to change my password, my account was temporarily suspended. Fortunately, I was able to reach BankMobile via Facebook. Cathy was extremely patient and understanding.
