Jonah crab claws were purchased for 40 people. I paid $600.00. The claws were described three times in order to make the preparation easier.
This is a lie. To get to the meat, the claws needed utensils for cracking the shells. They were “easy to prepare” so I didn`t own any. It`s not true. Not according to my guests.

Me? You will be disappointed guests. You will need tools to remove the meat from the shell.

The advertisement was either misleading or false. You can choose.

Staff is extremely helpful. Phone calls are answered by real people. Fresh seafood is always delicious (Maine uni, peekytoe crab… You`re my favorite! The smoked fish is extraordinary. The product will arrive fresh thanks to overnight shipping. It`s the best alternative to living close to the Portland fish piers.

There was no support from the merchant for late delivery. UPS claimed that I wasn`t in my apartment at the time. UPS also ignored my instructions to their customer service representative on the toll-free to have the package delivered to their office so I could pick it up the next morning. UPS ignored my request and attempted to deliver the item under the scorching sun at 11:30 AM. The package was delivered at 07:00pm on the same night. The merchandise was already spoilt.

The shipment arrived in good time and was well packed. The Ora salmon was delicious and freshest I`ve ever eaten. There were no fishy odors. Excellent service, packaging and excellent seafood. The UPS delivery made sure that the delivery was in a shaded area and called my doorbell to inform me of its arrival. It was a great experience dealing with Browne Trading.

The salmon was delicious. I am trying to find more salmon for my restaurant. I wanted something more than the current products we use. Because it is New Zealand-sourced, I was eager to try your salmon. We don`t have the money to purchase at this price as we are a restaurant. Your source seems to be very reliable. Both sardines and marinated mussels can cause stomach upset. Although I thought it was a fluke, I ordered more sardines and mussels, as well as the anchovies and mussels, because they were delicious. After eating the sardines, I experienced an upset stomach and the same after eating the mussels. I discarded the rest of the sardines because they were all in the same marinade. They taste great, but my stomache was not happy for two days.

We celebrated the fact that the smoker was back up and working after the fire with a side of Scottish salmon. It was the perfect centerpiece for a celebration. The salmon was tender and not too smoked. For an unexpected indulgence, I keep an extra package lobster meat in my freezer.

We received 2 tins caviar. They were sent in a refrigerated box. Clear instructions were given for how to store the caviar after receipt. The best part was actually eating every morsel. It was so much fun! Browne Trading is definitely worth it again.

I HAVEN`T TRIED SMOKED SAMON YET. JUST ARRIVED, BUT WE KNOW IT IS DELICIOUS. That`s why we ordered it. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. It arrived exactly when promised and was perfectly packed. We are very happy with BT and will order again, but not soon, as we have plenty of time.

Since this review was written, we have had the pleasure of tasting your smoked salmon many times. It was always delicious. It is the best! !

The Chilean Sea Bass Fillet was ordered (5-6 lb. This is the third or second order I have made in the last 2 years. Yum, yum, yum. Every fish (fillet), was delicious. Top quality. The packaging and the size of the fillet were excellent. Since it was still frozen, I cut the fillet into pieces when it arrived. The portions I have cut were placed in ziplock bags and stored in the freezer. The next month will be a good one.

The carabinieros arrived one day earlier than expected. They were served to us tonight. They were cooked for four minutes each in olive oil and garlic. They are delicious. It`s not common these days to have one`s expectations met or even improved. These prawns exceeded our expectations. They could have been even better. We are grateful.
