Cheapfood

The stock and prices are excellent. However, the courier (DHL), who left my last order at my door, did not ring my bell. Fortunately, I have a ring doorbell. The one-sided box was completely ripped through and the other was wet. I couldn`t find a phone number for DHL so I sent them an email. I was hoping for some luck and I was told that they couldn`t do anything because I had accepted the parcel. I accepted the parcel by leaving it there in a soggy state. I would have loved to just have my postage refunded. But now, I don`t think that I will bother with cheapfood because if they don`t believe what I received is acceptable, then they don`t deserve my custom.

Cheapfood has been my company for almost 2 years and I have never had a problem with them.
These items are excellent as well as the prices. I have saved so much with them.
Delivery is always on-time and it is nice to have it delivered by a friendly delivery man who helps me unload the trays when I am struggling.
This site is highly recommended by me

A few months ago, I found cheap food. They are something I now use regularly. As a former chef/cook, we should use the food that is perfectly safe to cook with and not waste it. Quality is fine for cheap foods. We waste too much in this throwaway world. I am very impressed with the quality and service I received from low-cost food, great customer service, and well-packaged goods. The items arrive quickly in recyclable packaging that is also helping to save the planet.

It was very simple to use the website, and it was also easy to modify quantities or change the contents of your basket. There were no hidden errors or issues so it was easy to identify the problem. Everything was well packed and delivered quickly. Everything I`ve tried so far was great. The only problem is finding somewhere to store it all.

HI, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE PACKAGING. MY BOX WAS COVERED in Pasta AND ANOTHER HAD AN HOLE IN IT?I LOOKED ON MON ACCOUNT BUT COULD NOT FIND MY LAST FEW HOPS? I COULD NOT FIND MY LAST FEW SHOPS ON MY ACCOUNT, SO I COULD DISCOVER WHAT WAS DELETED AND HOW MUCH PASTA WAS. I TOOK THE BOX OUT WITH INVOICE, BUT I CANNOT FIND THE PRICE ON MY LAST INVOICE. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL EXPLAINING 2 PKTS PASTA. I WAS TOLD I SHOULD OF TOOK PHOTOS ? I WAS TOLD TO TAKE PHOTOS. AND THEY WOULD CREDIT M A PS1? PUT IT IN THE CHARITY BOX BECAUSE YOU WONT BE BACK

It was my second order. They could have wrapped more items in bubble wrap. Tinted custard powder, as some of the containers had split and the powder was still in the bottom. The majority of the powder was easy to scoop up and place in a large container.
It`s a great website with many offers. The products were excellent.

Cheapfood has been a company I have placed several orders with and they have only asked me to review them once. Since placing an order, I have had to be contacted by another company for reviews. There are many discount food shops that offer `treat food`. Cheapfood is unique because it sells a variety of staple foods/unusual items from various cultures. It also has a commercial kitchen. It is possible for stock to change from month to month so it is worth checking back often. Your base order must be a reasonable size in order to justify the cost. However, increments are excellent. My orders have been flawless. It is packed with great care and often includes waste packaging from stock to make up for any gaps. My favourite purchase is the catering pack with my favorite Black bean sauces, curry pastes, coconut milk powders, Raspberry syrup, and Knoblauch sauces. If you don`t know the meaning of something, Google it.

Although I didn`t really want to leave this review, it has been more than a week since I tried to contact the company about a problem i had. I ordered two trays of Pepsi, along with other items. It took me ages to identify the source of the horrible smell from my parcels ….. Finally, I discovered it was the pepsi. The cans were so bad that we had to throw them out. The other products were also affected, but not in the same way as the cans. I immediately contacted cheapfoods customer support to resolve the problem. However, i have not heard back from them. This is a shame, as all my previous parcels have arrived in perfect condition and were delivered on time. I would be happy to amend my review if I get a response, but it is a shame that it was necessary. Anthony, Best Regards

Edit: I received a call from a gentleman on March 3rd, after leaving a review on trustpilot. He was very prompt to resolve the problem on the phone and explained the situation. This was a great thing. I love the site and will use it again. Dan, thank you for your help and keeping the site`s high standards of low-cost food.

Amazing company! They have shipped at least five times to me in the past month. They are very fair in price and always well packed (everything must be in Tetris). It takes very little time to deliver, especially in this current situation. in the current circumstances.
This is the sign of a great company. I had one delivery that was a little late. I was not upset about it because I was already shocked at such a low price. I did not notify the company. They sent me the items I needed on my next order. This company is very impressive and I will continue to buy from them. I can buy bulk and share it with my family and friends. Food waste is a serious crime and I appreciate companies like these who are working to reverse it.
