I finally got all of the gear I purchased. And it is accurate the price was superb. However, it took half a year, and lots of dealings with client support and, ultimately, that which got their attention. . .challenging that the Visa charges. It is apparent what they really do is choose your payment then try to find the gear. They instantly listing”UPS Ticket Generated” which only suggests they have created a packaging slip for UPS. This doesn`t have anything to do with if the slide was affixed to a bundle or UPS was contacted. In my view, that which I got in strain and anguish out of them wasn`t worth the cost savings.

I had the specific same experience as another 3 reviewers. I purchased a Polk Tsi100 bookshelf speakers and instantly obtained a confirmation. Then it was downhill. Several days after I asked to get a status upgrade twice through my email verification and another during their”live chat”. I needed to make a message in their own”live chat”. In reality I checked many occasions and there wasn`t anyone with this”live chat”. Pay attention to this. They didn`t respond. Several days after I asked to get a status of this arrangement . Again no reply. A half weeks after I needed to alter my cc # because this was in the least a business that doesn`t care for its clients. They refused to react. Spend a bit extra on a respectable website which may really send you the product that you purchased and answer the client. It feels like a scam firm to me.

This firm took more than 3 months to assert they sent out the speakers that I bought from themprovided a tracking number, however the speakers not came. Following quite a few emails from them trying to confound meturned over to paypal, also won the challenge. Don`t conduct business with this business. They`ll cause you more injury, and much more time then its value.
