I have really enjoyed EECU so far! For a first-time car buyer, they offered a great rate and term that was affordable. The only problem I have with their website payment option is that it is not easy to use. It was also possible to pay by ACH or with a debit card. There were no fees. While I understand that money is expensive, I don`t want the wait period for funds to be transferred to EECU then to pay my loan. It is too time-consuming. Overall, though, I really enjoyed their services. I will continue to use them in future.

Two certificates of deposit I have with EECU Credit Union. Their customer service has been amazing when I reached out to them. They have great customer service. This is a great financial institution.

If I could, I would have given 5 stars. Staff has been very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The service has been excellent for me over the past 25 years and I would recommend it highly.
