This company is great. They were prompt in shipping, and the parts they sent were solid and good quality. The prices are also a bit cheaper than the competitors. This company is a great choice. They are definitely worth it. Excellent customer service, fast shipping. Solid product, solid company. They are highly recommended.

Although the product arrived quickly, it was damaged by poor packaging. Two brackets punctured a bag that they were sent in. The brackets were able to cut through the bag and stick out the other side. The brackets were pushed against the box`s top, causing a dent. The damage is not as severe as some reviewers claimed. There should be no damage !!!!! for the money. !

They took excellent care of my truck and me. They recommended Roscoe over Western to me after I tried calling a shop that wouldn`t service.diesels. They fixed my problem quickly, were affordable, and gave me some tips for maintaining it. They have digital records of all the trucks they own, including photos. Every year, I drive from southern Mexico and Chicago to Chicago. Next year, I will be driving to Roscoe and Western when I return.

Tow hooks were ordered for the 2021 Ram 1500 Classic. They fit perfectly, I was assured.
They won`t fit when the cam is in this week. My truck does not have the holes that can be hooked to the internet installation video.
I would love to exchange them for the correct fit, but no one will respond. I left several messages at the email address and also left messages at the telephone number.

The shipment was sent in two different packages by two different shippers. This was not something I was told. It was difficult to contact anyone. I received my first package within two days, and my second package within four days. Great shipping. Customer service could have been better.. but we got everything sorted out and that`s what matters.

The product that I ordered for my vehicle didn`t fit. I tried many times to return the product, but I`m not getting any satisfaction.
If they don`t accept a return, this company must be desperate to make sales. I wouldn`t recommend purchasing from them if the product doesn`t fit your vehicle.

Elitewill has been trying to contact me for many days. They won`t answer the phone, return voice mails, answer emails, or chat. My tow hooks arrived in the wrong parts and I can`t install them until the rest of the equipment arrives. They have not responded to my request for a refund or return.

This company is amazing. I ordered my item Friday night. UPS didn`t pick it up until Monday, but I was aware of this fact. Now, Wednesday afternoon, my order has been delivered! After a bad experience with another company, EliteWill was a great choice.

Horrible towhooks. One of the brackets that was welded on is totally crooked, so everything doesn`t line up. Also, why not give an extra bracket that should have been on the left toe hook because it`s the correct one but not on the towhook? I didn`t realize that I would have to grind tac welds in order to put on the second bracket. Do not buy this brand.
