Wow! I get it. There are doubts. It`s too good to be true. It`s not. Jeff is the best. He saved me my sanity. His team is brilliant at what they do. They provide a stellar level of full service and you will never doubt their abilities.
In my 70`s, I have sold at most a dozen houses over the years. They were not easy, smooth or simple.
I was responsible for a lot of it. I injured my knee and had to take the house off the market until I was able to move again. I adopted a covid puppy who came back with 7 puppies. I was unable to show the house as it smelled like a puppy so I had to keep it off the market. I was able to attract every fruitloop buyer.
Although I am happy to report that I did not shoot myself or any of my buyers or dogs, it was mostly thanks to Jeff`s steady calm humor.
These guys are the best. This is my opinion, but it`s the best.
