FanShield was amazing! They were very understanding and sympathetic to my claim. The claim was processed quickly. It was a blessing that I was able to get my money back after my child became ill and couldn`t travel. It was worth the extra charges!

Today, the box office informed that my event had been moved from 6 to 4. We realized that we could not do this time period and were going to be reimbursed. They didn`t know much about insurance so I asked them. They went beyond my expectations when I called them. They completely reimbursed me for the 89$. Every person I spoke with was eager to help me. They will be my ticket insurance provider.

I have not yet tried these services, but I did contact the chatbot via the internet late at night. Surprised to receive an email from Natasha, the office manager, the next day with all my questions answered. I felt much more at ease purchasing insurance for the event she attended.

FanShield delivered on their promises. I was very pleased. We had to cancel our concert due to medical reasons. After filling out a few forms, we were able to receive our full refund. It was an option that I appreciated and would definitely use them again.

This was for an Oct race that I was supposed to run. It was due to a work conflict. They won`t pay me for it because I`m self-employed and fall under the category “interns and volunteers”. It`s absurd that I am being punished for being an entrepreneur, and have to travel for a contract job! This company is making me mad!

Although I was disappointed to not be able to attend the show, filing a claim was easy and they were responsive. FanShield is definitely something I will use again.

Even though I had purchased coverage for Nascar tickets, they refused to refund my money even though it was a covered reason: Military duty. They refused to honor my purchase protection and give a refund despite me submitting all documentation to prove that I was denied leave due to personnel shortage. They attempted to claim it was a Pandemic issue, but that is not covered. Pandemic or no, this is about Military Leave. This IS covered. FanShield is not something I would consider using.
