At the time of booking, information was provided that carried-on bags were included in the price. The confirmation now says “personal item” after booking.

I was informed that I would be booking a 1pm flight, which is more expensive than a 7am one. I was okay with this. After an hour, I was contacted again to find out that they had changed me to the 7am flight and still charged the same price. It was extremely annoying.
