I bought three big majority container out of this corporation. Upon his arrival I discovered that FedEx had damaged one in transport. Upon calling Blain concerning the issue and sending them images as requested I obtained a refund. I`m quite happy with my interactions for this corporation. Everybody that I spoke to was polite and considerate. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because I believe that the containers may have been packed better. Order # 15918028

August 4th 2020, I put a review which was dreadful about Waukesha`s Blain`s Farm & Fleet, no one out of the shop or business decided to contact me personally and make things . Horrible customer support.

I only had the worst customer service experience on the farm & fleet at the returns department in Eau Claire just today. 6:45de, heavy set girl. Yikes, fleet & farm, I had been going to ship $175 and contemplating $450 value of striker equipment, but I was not able to yield a $30 fresh trick up. It is not actually that big deal, but how I was treated once I was told I could swap itbeware of this specific woman. Yikes

I put an order on 12-17-2020. The sequence went through and in moments I got an email saying the order had been cancelled without any excuse in any way. I also called their 800 number and talked to a representative who stated she`d send an urgent note to possess”corporate” contact me in two days. Following 48 hours, without a telephone or email , I called back and talked to a different representative that stated she would need to get”corporate” and also have them contact me. It seems they don`t have any clue and only offer you a canned reaction. I had been attempting to buy some last minute presents, but at the time that I hear out of them Christmas would have passed! I`ll go elsewhere to buy my things. Overall I`d give them zero stars, however you must give a minumum of one celebrity to make a review.

I purchased a product and two days later got an email about it being cancelled so that I purchased from a different merchant. I had been advised that it had been cancelled because they could not confirm my charge card. I confirmed it and purchased a different one of the exact same product. The same problem, however, the agent explained, once I called again, the card was confirmed and that I could dismiss the cancellation email. The site showed the purchase was in advance. Within a week after I got yet another email that it was cancelled although it`s recorded on the site as in stock. I eventually gave up and paid $25 more and bought from Amazon. Won`t try to conduct business with this firm . Good rates, however you won`t receive the item.

Frustrating experience after assessing online for a product The nearest shop is just 1 hour off. I assessed for ycompared to the thing the series 12 in stock at RW1. Thus after driving there that I can not find the merchandise. I receive help he informs me that they have 12 in stock 1/2 home later the mgr. Allow me to know it has to be a personal computer mix up. They don`t need them. In just how out I purchase another thing cover for it then I am told that the are outside of these but I could by the ground design. DO I get a discount since its floor version mgr states no! This doest`r appear appropriate. Not so happy I purchase the merchandise and has been advised to push to the pickup place extended the side of this shop. That I really do. I am the only car online. I move in give up the pick slide to the attendee. He states that I go get you thing. Subsequently two cars pull me up. Hw says pull around to bay 1 and I will get you thing. I wait and wait patiently back he`s currently loading the vehicle that pulled me up. I return wait till he`s completed the loading. I request the attendee was not I in line? He says but I am here . I answered I know but weather you`ve got 5 or 1 working doesn`t alter the reality I had been ahead of the costumers behind me. He states you`re right I am sorry and eventually lots me. What a lot of crap. Moving there has been a frustrating experience.

Bought a nail gun at Nov 27th, Thanksgiving Day. Knew it wouldn`t get sent until the 28th. Paid approximately $25 for 2 day air shipping, Fed Ex. Given that the anticipated the thing on Sunday (Fed Ex Sunday delivery will be the standard now because they provide 7 days per week) in the latest.
It`s been 4 days as a result and not here. Do not pay extra for shipping, simply go regular rate or find the free shipping. The excess cash for 2 day atmosphere was wasted and only additional income in their pocket.

Purchased this to replace my exhausted only stage snow blower. This snow blower provides with its own hand grip warmers, headlight and cup holder and total functionality, expect to pay hundreds more to get a rivals equivalent version. It had been fun and fairly simple to construct. I expect this system to last for several years but when I really do want parts I understand Farm and Fleet will possess can get exactly what I want.

Purchased a seat on the web. After the chair came, it was completely the wrong seat and a single arm into the seat they sent me was not even connected to the seat. I`ve attempted to purchase a few times on the internet for pickup in the Davenport IA shop. Each and every time I will watch the internet stock return to zero until my order is chosen. (Turkey fryer) don`t use the internet order system. It SUCKS. But even in shop stock is jacked. I paid for two bags of black pearl sandblast stuff that they stated was in stock. Went back to pick this up and”stock was incorrect”. Took weeks to really get it. Are you purchasing Theisens from today on.

Turned into a client for 50 Decades. My experience is that it really depends upon which shop your . My existing shop is Bourbonnais IL. It`s the worst!
Searching for things the website maintain is in stock with no chance. You`d think one of those 6 workers, a few of which were supervisors would provide aid, NOPE!
I asked an employee in which the product was I was searching for. Duhhhh. The instrument rep she had been speaking to provided to assist, maybe not the F&F worker. Obviously like so frequently from the Boubonnais shop they`re outside and stock is somebody else`s issue.
I`ve 10 direct acid batteries around the farm. F&F utilized to supply all, perhaps not anymore. Last three arrived out of Batteries and Bulbs following the F&F batteries collapsed after less than one year. .

To start, I purchased a pressure canner out of Blain`s since it had been a pressure cooker and canner which may manage 9 quarts since it had been explained on their site. After the machine came , it was merely a pressure stove. I called the maker where I had been informed IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS that I wasn`t to attempt to stress can with this particular appliance. It was further clarified by the maker which what was sent to me has been”old merchandise” and no more offered for sale with them to their own dealers.

After Blain`s site return coverage, I boxed the appliance, guaranteed it and sent it back to them AT A COST OF NEARLY $76.00! Know that nowhere in their site does this state to call to get a return shipping label. I properly and exactly did exactly what the return transportation kind said to perform.

I afterwards called their customer support to alert them in their return and difficulty with their item description. At the call, I talked with an superb individual at Blain`s. She checked the site, saw the matter and agreed with me. The problem wasn`t mine. Please be aware I was reimbursed the entire amount of the delivery fees. It was clarified that I wouldn`t obtain the item refund before it came at their own facility.

Having said that, I was afterwards reimbursed only the complete cost of this appliance + unique shipping in two distinct credits. In brief, what Blains failed was to reevaluate the initial refund from that which I paid initially rather than what I had been refunded for transport. Thus, I am out of pocket to get the delivery fees.

Now, I talked with an extremely impolite and obtuse customer support representative that couldn`t find the matter with my excuse and proof . She maintained a return call and that I sitwith all the hope that I give up. Again, their desire is currently my truth…I quit!

Being the situation, I have been awaiting the long past promised transportation refund. Know I have made many calls to their customer support however to absolutely no avail. This thing appears like it`s going to never be solved. I can only feel that what Blain`s desires to happen is I will only stop trying. I have really given up following today`s attempt to clean up the issue.

Please, steer clear of this corporation. Don`t purchase or buy from them! It definitely is just not worth the annoyance. If you do, then you`ll be sorry.

Katia in the Verona Wi shop went over and beyond to assist me with a hunt for kayaks. She did not just brush off me like a lot of other Farm and Fleet`d done, she moved into her pc and look up things and contacted other shops to help me find the product I was trying to find. It was starting to become a tedious process, and so I left my telephone number along with her and she continued her hunt during the afternoon. She text me together with the results that she`d discovered and assist me to buy the product I was trying to find. Literally everybody from the rest of the shops I contacted essentially said do yourself and you attempting to perform itself I found out they frequently didn`t have the product which the site said they`d. It was quite frustrating and I am sure it was quite frustrating for her too, nevertheless she persevered and got the work done and performed very nicely! I`m quite thankful to my son is going to have a superb birthday for her. I expect fleet and farm reads this and admits a work well done.

Holland, Mi Blain`s Farm and Fleet…

This shop pissed off me considerably and I won`t ever return. First off it was only constructed here in my place and that which they take I could get at my regional shops in a few miles. This location contains nothing that the other shops do not have. Only some significant shot his way into on another company`s in the region. Another competitor hoping to sneak local clients. Humorous saying that, since I was there a week to get a tarp and asked the cashier if they had room heaters in my voucher. She said , she pointed into the rear of the shop but I was in a rush and guessed another week I will return. It was a chilly night , and now is quite gloomy and wet. I looked on line this morning since I love to see just what I becoming before I move. Also when they really have it in stock, therefore I`m not wasting my own time. I am a man, I love to get out and in! I discovered a more affordable but dependable brand and they had 5 for pickup, it stated on their site. I prepare and visit Blains… I walked into the rear of the shop where the cashier mentioned a week. I discovered nothing! I requested a stock employee in the rear of the shop where space replacements were. She then pointed me into the far back , nothing! I requested a stock employee at the rear corner and he explained to Seasonal at the center of this shop. I`m already annoyed and of course nothing whatsoever! I needed to ask once more another employee in Seasonal in which they had been. She seemed on her apparatus plus that she pointed towards outdoors/sporting merchandise. I go yes and there, however they were for fishing fishing and deer blinds. At this time my blood is boiling! Then I again discovered another employee in Sporting products and he looked on the internet for me… He explained that they`re from the warehouse yet. I follow him waited an additional 5 minutes. He returned and explained they were not pulled from this past year and they would be at the primary warehouse. He explained about 5-10 minutes more. I said sure! I waited patiently and he then comes back with information that they`re working with it they are buried beneath other pallets. Now I was pissed! I`d squandered my morning in the shop and appearing online before for a simple reason. TO MAKE SURE I DIDN`T WASTE MY DAMN TIME! What a crock of an internet Shop! They`ve an employee in each department, but nobody knows anything! In the minimum, If you are likely to barge your way to our place, understand where your damn products are, then have dependable service and upgrade the stinkin site!

The shop in Traverse City is friendly and clean. I bought two pairs of underwear but size was wrong. Went online to purchase and discovered them but couldn`t receive the selling price. Called the shop and asked about obtaining the selling price since they didn`t have them in stock. The client service partner said they`d on set left in the size that I had. Wondering when I could cover them on the telephone and pick up them and she stated no. Asked if they`d hold them and I`d come up them. She said no more and nothing else. Customer support stinks at Blain`s. Guess I could continue to look Home Depot and Menards in which they`ve customer service that`s helpful. Don`t suggest this shop.

Ok so I am acually quite annoyed. I purchased a smoke hollow grill, so it has half an half normal bbq using all the attachment burner. I purchased this gril because of my boyfriends birthday, hes been dying to get a massive bbq and it arrived in a sensible price. I have not actually had the barbecue for 6 weeks along with the darn thing has gone to fire around 3 times !!! Last time being the complete last because its destroyed!! The 1st time okay, perhaps it had been my fault? The 2nd I believed exactly the exact same thing but that time that I know for a fact that it wasnt me since the paint onto the rear of this bbq got to warm and the entire grill moved up in flames. This bbq SUCKS ! Without a warentee anticipating this to be as large quality as it had been promoted to be THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME WAIST OVER 800$ ON GARBAGE PRODUCT!!! NEVER AGAIN

More so today than before, I am discovering some substantial stock shortfalls in my regional Blain`s. Complete shelves empty of product, or in-stock/on screen so restricted it provides the appearance that the shop will be going out of the business. Certainly expect sellers are being paid in time and are not holding back replenishment things… F & F has ever been among my favourite shops, but something appears amiss recently.

I purchased a solution and it came damaged. I sent them photos of the harm. I`ve made a lot of calls without a return telephone calls. No email answers.

I purchased a 10` x 15` bag and if it was sent lots of the components were scratched rather than in”brand new” condition. As soon as I calledI spoke to Josh in Client support and supplied photographs. He told me to ship it up and supplied that the bill of lading for the pickup of the broken components. As soon as I asked about a reimbursement for this matter and also the time delay Josh consented to waive the delivery price. When the product has been picked up, Josh instantly set the order into get a brand new unit sent which came before schedule.
