We had an excellent visit to Italy thru Firebird. The hotels were excellent, and in suitable places. The drivers were instantaneous, and the tour guides were knowledgeable and enthused regarding their excursion. The little group of 12 was so great. I loved the arrangement that gave us a free afternoon at every one of the towns we visited. It gave us some time to research independently.
