You will NOT save money with this company. They will charge you a 27% settlement fee plus monthly fees in addition to telling you to stop paying your cards to help them negotiate. This not only tanks your credit but increases your debt balance so that when they charge you that 27% settlement fee (which can take years), they will be able to charge you even more. Basically I saved a few hundred dollars over several years while tanking my credit score. I should have just paid my cards instead of paying them. By the time I paid their fees and the settlement they reached w the credit cards the cost was basically the same after years of stress, time, and energy lost.

After being with this company for 10 months they have charged me out of pocket $7896.31 for settling my debt. This does not include the debt that I still owe to each lender. This was done without my knowledge. I have many medical bills. I will never see that money again, and they are not done.
