Even though they claimed that the items were meant to be refrigerated and not frozen, everything arrived frozen solid. They were frozen solid and we tried four of them over the next two days. My wife tried two Indian dishes, and claimed British Airways food was better. I tried the Philly Cheesesteak substitute, which was made with watery potatoes and raw onions. The cheese sauce is something I cannot describe as “unlike any other cheese I have ever seen.” The Chicken Parm was delicious. The rest were thrown away that evening.

This place is terrible. This place is not recommended. They will change your meal and offer you a substitute. They refuse to solve the problem and insist on charging you for the membership even after you cancel!

An amazing food delivery service. Delivered on time and always delicious. I will be honest and say that I was skeptical when I first signed up. I haven`t regretted my decision in the least. It`s great for convenience and when I don`t care about what I will eat. I can`t see any downside to trying them.

According to what I`ve read, those who claim Freshly is 5 stars have either a low standard of food or are faking reviews. The dinners taste frozen. The vegetables are soft. Mashed potatoes taste just like instant potatoes. It is possible to freeze the meat so it will still be good. Not worth $17 including shipping per meal. You can get a fresh, delicious meal at your local restaurant for the same price.

This company has been our partner for seven months, and we have already gained nine pounds.
And I`m not very thin. You can get good food, but you will have to pay more to enjoy the best.
The average fat content is 24 grams, while saturated fat ranges between 15-18 grams.
The plant-based food was equally as filling. It was pure lazy, so we kept using it.
Average food costs between $11 and $14.
For me, it`s over. Thanks to Freshly, I am now trying to lose all that weight.

It is horrible. It`s like the worst cafeteria food that you could imagine. It`s shocking because I have tried other services and all of them had amazing food. I`m not sure how they are still in business. ?
The website was easy to use, delivery times were prompt, and everything was straightforward. The food is not very good.

It`s amazing! You don`t feel full after eating. Every dish I`ve tried was delicious. They are also healthier because they use vegetable products instead of regular starches. Both the cauliflower mash and cauliflower noodles are delicious! You can be sure that the food arrives in a well-packaged and cold container. This food service is highly recommended!

I decided to give them a shot as sometimes we just need something quick (no preparation required). Although the food was delicious, I was disappointed by the Total Fat and Saturated Fat content. This is not healthy. Although I would love to order again, it is unlikely that I will.

I did not miss my order so I went through the automated/chat process. The automated system informed me that it was too late as I had already been charged. Stacy B, a customer service agent, immediately corrected the problem and issued me a credit for the entire amount of my order. It was a great experience. Customer service that goes above and beyond. We are grateful!

Customer Service was contacted by me regarding an ongoing shipping error. Harper was prompt, kind, understanding, and quick to resolve my problem. A $10 credit was also given to me for the inconvenience, which I didn`t expect, since it was an error made by Freshly, not the shipping company. It was a pleasant surprise. Harper received five out of five stars in Customer Service.

For a healthier lunch, I was trying to find meals at work. I took a break from home deliveries.
Jess, the customer service representative, helped me with all my problems via their chat system. She took care of everything, from the number of deliveries to the best delivery strategy.

Freshly made is the best! The service is as good as the food. Mayumi was very helpful in cancelling an order that I had forgotten to place. Could not be happier.

This is a review about Stacy, the Customer Service Agent. I have just restarted deliveries after moving across the country. As I was able to adjust the meals, I thought I had made all changes in time. Today, I discovered that the week`s orders were being sent to the old address. Stacy was able cancel the order, credit me for it, and made sure that everything was in order for next week. Excellent service!
