My engagement ring was missing my diamond, so I broke the prong. Local jewelers were willing to charge 12k for replacement. Gage Diamonds did a great job replacing my diamond and repairing my ring. Shipping was easy and without any problems. It took less than a week for the order to arrive. Gage Diamonds is a company I highly recommend!

It was beautiful! Shipping took forever! My ring was not shipped until one week after I was informed that it would ship by the ship-by date. I was promised a necklace with my initials for my inconvenience. The promise of a necklace did not come true. Customer service was not available. Finally, I received my necklace. The initial letter was as small as a pencil eraser. The shipping cost was more than the necklace.

The lab grown diamond I bought was appraised at a tremendously lower value (80% lower than the original purchase price). This is extremely disappointing, considering that rings are symbolic of joy and should have a higher value. My engagement was cancelled and now I have a useless ring and $4000.00 to pay. Gage refused to refund me or buy the ring back. I am dissatisfied with the ring. Gage, thank you so much!
