Golden Nile

The rug, 6×2, arrived in good condition and was well packaged. The rug is extremely thin and not like any Oriental rug I have ever bought, including the 6×2 rug. I have three runners that are thicker than this one so it is disappointing that it is so thin. It looks more like a piece or thick cloth (think burlap, canvas) than an oriental-style wool rug.

It was simple to purchase and it arrived in just two days. It is beautiful with its various colors of blues, yellows, and orange that give it the appearance of a real oushak. However it does not look like a hand-knotted oushak. It looks machine-made. It is almost 1/8 inches wide. Although the rug was exactly what I desired in terms of size and colors, I did not want a rug with chemical dyed coloring or one that was machine-made. There is no evidence that the rug was made from Turkey. It seems to me that it was made in China. It`s not something I would buy again, but I will keep it. It works.

The description and photo of the rug that I ordered online were both accurate. The dimensions are exact, and so are the colors. The rug`s rust and turquoise colors are amazing. It was simple to order online and the delivery was prompt. We are grateful for your great service.

The rug arrived quickly and was safely. It was hidden behind my porch wall so that it is not visible. This rug is absolutely beautiful! The website by Golden Nile is very well done. It includes photos of the back to give you an idea of the knot density. My biggest concern was the base color. It was close to the photos, but it might have been more muted in reality with natural light. It is beautiful.

This is true for our first two rugs, both Super Kazaks in ed and one in blue. The service was excellent. We received the rugs promptly and they were delivered on time. Fabulous. Beautiful rug. Quick delivery–lightening fast. One problem did occur to me. I carefully measured my space. It measured 7`8″. It was 5`7″ x7`8″. The rug was slightly larger than the advertised dimensions when I placed it in the space. I`m not sure why. The rug`s tag says that it measures 5`7″x7`8″. It is not due the fringe at the ends. ). The rug is still my favorite. I just wish it would fit in the space as well as I had hoped.
