It took longer for me personally to locate Couch Disposal Plus as it did to be able to provide me a quote, then pick up the garbage, and allow me to go in my day. It was simple to book online and find a quote. They gave me a heads up if they had been about the way all I needed to do was set out the sofa and dishwasher that I had been eliminating. We had a wonderful encounter with LoadUp. I`m a supervisor at a health clinic and we`d older gear (patient test desk, EKG machine and also non-functioning treadmill) I was attempting to get rid of months. I predicted 4 additional transporting services and they would not take it. I tried to give it out, contacted 8 unique charities, plus they would not take it since it was old, thick and bulky. We also had outdated filing drawers and cabinets which were quite thick. Nothing has been a problem for them. James was the catalyst, and I am sorry to sayI can not recall the name of this man that came together with him that afternoon, but they`re equally good. Really simple to use. I`d certainly recommend them and will use them if I have things that I need to eliminate, if at work or in your home.

Absolutely unreliable. Inadequate customer support to solve problems. Load was first scheduled to arrive this week. Did not had no telephone, text or email to notify that they weren`t coming. We have rescheduled 3 extra times and days every time together saying”we cannot secure a motorist” that I reside in a significant subway (over 1MM individuals ) and they can`t guarantee a date and fulfill a commitment. Avoid them at all price!

I had a refrigerator pickup scheduled and obtained an email of this guy`s name and phone number who`d do the pickup. The men who arrived to find out our refrigerator came between the days we asked and known us earlier to tell us they were in their way. They were professional and courteous. If we want this service , we`ll use this company and recommend it to other people.
