The system was installed in December 2019, 3 months after it was supposed. The headaches only got worse after that. Failure to pass inspection. Additional work needed. Encore has not yet (as of June 20, 2002) sent the proper paperwork to CPS regarding my solar rebate. They either misrepresented what constitutes a local business or they were simply not knowledgeable enough about the program to allow me to receive only half of my solar rebate. I cannot recommend using another company enough.
