I was able to incorporate with INC Authority. Paul Papapietro was the person who did it. He offered a bundle deal and charged me 1118 $. I was informed that 97% of people use their home address to start their business. I asked if it could be changed and was told to call us. When I called to change customer service, I was told that 200 dollars would be required to amend my business address. Paul provided incorrect information.
Secondly, after I had received my package, I called INC to inform them that the details were incorrect. They refused to admit their error and hanged me twice.
Even after I signed up for the Tycoon plan, I`m still very unhappy with the service.

This is the worst service I`ve ever received in my entire life. I spent over $350+ to get my business name registration and my EIN. It has been more than 2 months since I got my EIN. These people now tell me to wait another 90 days. Imagine. It is a shame that I ever did business with this company.

I was not satisfied with the customer service and service. Paid for express filing. Four days later, I still haven`t heard anything. They also don`t honor the return policy. I wouldn`t recommend.

Although creating a new LLC was not an easy task, there were many details involved. However, Inc Authority made it very simple. I was also informed of other services available by Inc Authority customer service, which was even better!
