They are able to see the forms exactly as they were promised and I have put them on my short list of materials that require more complex information when needed.

The company failed to send any emails to my account so I didn`t know my account had been set up. I was shocked to learn that I had been charged for a month`s service. I called them. I was not allowed to use the service and they refused to refund me.

I found the document I needed and was pleased with it. However, I don`t think this was the right way to do things.

Although they appear to be a legitimate business, they use the usual lazy automatic payment strategies after the free trial. It`s unclear who is billing you because their charge appears as CCbill on the statement. They do not send you a reminder or receipt of payment each month. This would be an indication that you have to cancel the ridiculous monthly fee. They won`t refund you if you request a refund for a service that you have never used. This company is not recommended due to their terrible customer service and gross billing practices.

The site was truly free! In the past, I`ve found that sites that claim they are free are often not. This one was actually free! It was easy to download the template and fill in any blanks to suit my needs. Legal Templates, thank you! Thank you for restoring my faith in the internet.
