This is just about the 5th or 6th time I`ve purchased from Mainely Urns and haven`t been disappointed. These urns were to my own pets that sadly passed away, and I needed something unique for every one. Thanks for creating a miserable time in my losses simpler. I would strongly recommend you to anybody searching for that special urn to their loved ones.

The customer service department is quite beneficial. Their products are great and they where really useful when USPS dropped the bundle Mainely Urns shipped. They immediately resent if the USPS couldn`t discover it. I thank them for their prompt courteous service.

Beautiful, caring staff that would like to go the excess mile for fast processing/shipping. Perfectly engraved and packed securely. The urn I purchased was for the Grandfathers puppy and it`s totally beautiful! The one thing I`d change is using UPS for transportation. They`re dreadful in my own area and caused a great deal of problems with on time shipping. I paid for two day air shipping and didnt get it on time and was to be a waste of cash for transport, all by error of UPS.

I emailed customer support and over 2 hours obtained and first reaction. The customer service supervisor was really helpful and managed to convince me exactly what I was searching for. The internet site warned of flaws, but the entire process from first contact, to putting an order, for an evidence to affirm, to final shipping required 12 days.

We saw ourselves creating the arrangements to get Dad`s very abrupt and unexpected departure. Obviously, this includes fast decisions and fast turnarounds. The urn has been amazing! My only criticism is that I wanted the bows onto the figurine`s mind were red or pink rather than blue. My fur infant was a woman. I picked a sex but once I called to learn why they shipped gloomy, I found that the sex option was to get figurines which exhibited body components. Guess I will be painting the bows onto the figurine`s head.

Quality memories have been supplied without any issues. The clients services was amazingdown to each detail (focus on letters in quotation ). The whole family adored the ammo box and we are going to be ordering more today we have view it in person.
