When an owner asked me if I could finance his HVAC design and build project, I was busy working on it. Financing? I was confused, I just sold equipment. I was able to recall a program for commercial lease from another manufacturer after thinking about it over night. Horizon was the first name I remembered. I searched the internet and found a number. Tracy Fagan answered the phone on the second ring. Tracy answered the phone and said she could help. She requested the information of the owners and said she would contact them directly to explain the program. The project was ordered and funded within three days. Without Horizon Keystone, this would have been a missed chance for me. Tracy Fagan is probably the best PSM in the business.
