Nexo has been my favorite software for many years. Sometimes I`ve had problems logging in and was unable to access my account. The support team has been very prompt and polite in solving my problems, even just a few days back. To be clear, Nexo was not responsible for the problems. It was my computer and internet problems. The Nexo debit card works perfectly. It`s a great way to use crypto. The card`s best feature is the 2% cashback reward. The only thing that could be improved is to increase the monthly reward amount to over 200 USD. My spending is extremely low at 200 USD

I was asked to send a statement letter showing my personal information and the balance of my account. Their speed and quality were both a pleasant surprise to me. The letter arrived within a few hours.
