I ordered online and it was sent to me because the packages were dropped at my apartment and then lost or stolen. The person I spoke with might not have followed the instructions correctly. The necklace was not as well-designed as the name of the butterfly. It was thin and small. It was very thin and small when it arrived. This caused dismay in the daughter.

My first experience, and my last. Two of the same charms were ordered. One of the charms did not arrive. Called customer service, and was given the runaround for a few days before I finally asked to speak with a manager. It was then done in a matter of minutes. Never again!

This product was highly sought-after for a long period of time. However, every Pandora order was cancelled because the website didn`t update the fact that they were outof stock.
Reeds delivered exactly what I wanted and was super quick, just in-time for the holidays. It was also packaged beautifully and thoughtfully. Will be ordering from Reeds over Pandora.
