Size 11 shoes for men in orange and black. They sent size 4 baby shoes. I was so disappointed that they didn`t send the shoes or my money back. They sent me the wrong shoes the second time. I will never shop again from them

Okay, I must admit that my shoes arrived quickly. But the security tag was still on them so I drove to a nearby shoe carnival to get it removed. They couldn`t so I exchanged the shoes for the ones I wanted.

I ordered shoes but they didn`t arrive for several weeks. I tried the chat customer service. They refused to refund me because the shoes had been shipped already. I purchased the same shoes elsewhere while the wait was long. They said twice that they would wait until you receive them and then ship them back. I ended up paying for shoes that I never received. Never again.

Shoe Carnival is a great place to shop. However, today`s shoes were marked down. We also had an online coupon for $5 off all Vans. But when we tried redeeming that coupon, they said the $5 discount was already in the sale price. So they didn`t let us use it. We had planned to purchase 2 pairs, but ended up buying one. # usually ahappycustomerbutnot2day.

I placed an order, but it hadn`t shipped for almost two weeks. The customer service representative was very unprofessional and used words like “cuz”, “ain`t” and “ain” in support chat. I was still unable to get an answer. They also didn`t know when my order would ship. So I checked back the next day to find a different representative who was more professional and helpful. I was informed that the shoes had been back ordered, and there was no ETA. I decided to cancel the order. It`s funny, though, that it still states that the exact same shoes in this size are available.

Fargo, ND has the worst customer service. When I tried to exchange a gift, Linda, the lady who helped me, got cranky when she learned that I didn`t have receipt. Although I was polite with Linda, she was still rude and short with me. Customer service is a job I have done and it can be frustrating. But you should never treat customers badly. I won`t be returning.

I just bought a pair online of Dr. Martens. It was extremely disappointing to discover that the Docs sold online are not made in the UK, but in Vietnam. Although I am not certain if these boots are knockoffs, it is disappointing to spend $100.00 on boots that weren`t made in the country they were manufactured. If you purchase them here, make sure you check the origin of the boots! !

The worst place to order shoes. They cancel orders the next day without any explanation. They don`t want to hear from me so I`m literally shopping elsewhere! It`s frustrating!! They are the only shoes that I want for my daughter. They were too difficult for me to try.

I will never order from Shoe Carnival again. I ordered four pairs of Nike Slides, but only got three. After waiting on hold for nearly 2 hours, I was told that my re-shipment order would take 15 days. However, SHOE CARNIVAL received their full money. Why must I wait? Y`all didn`t wait for me to withdraw your money. ALSO, STOP SENDING me TEXTS UNLESS I GET MY ITEMS SCREW YOU SHOE CARRIVAL SCREW.

Shoe Carnival shipped my order within two days. That was a great service. FedEx is a disappointment. The driver did not attempt to locate my address. FedEx gave me the runaround when I called them. FedEx called me five minutes after I had posted a negative shipping review and said that my package would be delivered the next day. I`m hoping to get my kicks Tuesday.

I`m not sure why so many people are complaining about the shoes. My shoes arrived quickly and easily, with no additional charges. They also arrived faster than I expected and were exactly the size and style I ordered. There were no complaints. I love my shoes and would order again. These other negative reviews shouldn`t stop you!

They hacked my account! I made a purchase May 1, 2020. I was in overdraft for six days and the transaction was still pending. My bank also took money from my check. So I paid more for the shoes. I challenged the transaction, which should have been in pending status for less than three days. When I made the purchase, I knew I had the funds. I am happy with my shoes. After quarantine is finished, I`d rather have cash than people who play with my account.

It was simple to order shoes online and they instantly confirmed my order via email. They were too small for the person who received them. I contacted them via email.
