My expertise using SmartTechProducts was fantastic! I`d and difficulty with some of the suspend free pads and called to work out the guarantee on these. I managed to reach someone straight away and got replacements arranged. They compensated for return transport of those defaulted hoses and shipped the replacements straight away. They contacted me personally to ensure I had obtained the delivery label. They wont leave you hanging!

Well, up to now, so great. Because this is the next petition for an overview and I have experienced my heated hose for a complete week , I`m well qualified to record which water has flowed through it to the whole week. It`s been plugged into its own thermostat and has not shorted out or reliving anybody (however ), and because water flowed continuously although temps dropped under 30 two, I presume that the control works well, also. Since we are in Montana I would advise that you return, state, near the end of January and maybe I can report some true experience aside from the good shipping service (UPS).

Faulty heated hose and hose immediately replaced, arranged 2nd hose for a backup. Delivered as promised. Will try merchandise later this season when temps are below freezing. Last years hose functioned well before spring as it ceased working.

Purchased and utilized the frost hose in Tennessee, it worked alright however that I did need to shield the links to stop my floor mistake from tripping. Then it worked fine before the final cold snap at the spring once the hose stinks. I returned it along with the thermostat and simply obtained a free replacement of the two, I purchased another hose as a ounce of prevention because we`ll be full time rving again this winter months. Quite delighted with the total operation and prompt agreeable conversations and reply with customer services. It`s a sturdy well constructed product!
