Tracy K., a big thank you! Tracy K. was very helpful in getting my sons` uniforms delivered in time for their first game. Tracy was great at communicating with me. She expedited the shirts first and then the shorts. All worked out well for the boys. I appreciate great customer service like Tracey delivered!

Our first order was rejected because the uniform was too small. Tracy immediately took charge of the situation and was very responsive. She also did her best to get us our uniform quickly. She was in constant contact throughout the process, and even apologized for not getting our uniform in time for the first tournament. Tracy was a model of customer service. I ordered a sweatshirt to my son`s hockey team. I wasn`t satisfied with the sweatshirt I ordered, so I contacted SquadLocker by email to explain my situation. They responded quickly and offered a refund or a replacement item. Despite not being satisfied with the product I ordered, their customer service was exceptional.

Julia helped me to get my logo designed and approved. I`ve been working on my store for the past 6+ months. I recently asked her for options on items I couldn`t find (tumblers or water bottles, etc). She gave me a variety of options and I was able to select a few. They were then in my store within minutes. It was a simple process, and she is a great worker.

Mykyta C was extremely helpful when I needed assistance setting up my store. They were able to answer all my questions and help me personalize our store in the way that I wanted. They were also willing to share my thoughts about features that I would like to see. So far, I`m impressed with the Squadlocker website. Excellent selections and a nice interface.

I got my sweatshirts and that of my husband quickly. It appeared that my daughters had misplaced their sweatshirts. Julia M. was wonderful and I reached out to chat. I was quickly able to get my tracking number and they also refunded my shipping costs due to the delay. This was totally unnecessary, but greatly appreciated. We will order again!

Although the quality of some matierls wasn`t what I expected based on their descriptions and prices, i have to admit that it was nice to be able to get a Rufund when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Anzhelika S. was amazing and dealt with everything exactly as you would expect. Thanks!! !
