Nicole was wonderful to work with. We have been to China, Viet Nam and Eastern Europe many times over the years. Without insurance. Our doctors recommended that we purchase travel insurance when we were 80. We were unable to find any information about travel insurance so we were lucky to have someone who was knowledgeable. We are grateful for your assistance.

Excellent transaction. Although I was completing everything on the website, a chat window opened. I decided to go ahead and enter a chat session because I had some questions. I was quickly answered by the person and offered to have a telephone conversation instead of chatting. I accepted. Shortly after, she took my number and I received a call. The only problem was that the caller wasn`t the same person who I had spoken to. He answered my questions quickly and with great knowledge. He was professional and friendly. All in all, it was a positive transaction.
