Excellent customer service was provided on Saturday, the 13th. Scarlett saved me when my flight from Las Vegas was canceled. I was able to attend the rehearsal dinner thanks to her quick response. It turned an epic disaster into a memorable weekend. I hope that this review inspires others.

We were so confused that the person who attended us could not speak spanish nor english. It was very difficult to add another passenger in this flight. This took us more than an hour.

Employee Joy was an amazing help in my initial change of travel plans. I had to cancel one trip and purchase another. Unfortunately, the transaction was not confirmed due to technical issues. I was informed later that the price had risen. Joy was very kind to me and referred me to Malvin, his supervisor. He helped me find a cheaper option for the exact same dates/times as the original flight to ensure that my sister and myself could leave and arrive on the same day. Through the whole process, Malvin was extremely helpful and informative.

I was disappointed to receive the cancellation notice from Delta that my father, a handicapped man, had been cancelled his flight tomorrow at 6:00am flying to Detroit. I understood that it was due to weather. I tried to explain to my father that he needed to go to the hospital on Monday 17th for injections. After hearing again that we would have to pay out again, and that Tuesday`s non-stop flight would be more expensive, I decided to accept the cancellation notice. Craig Williams finally returned my call after many calls.
