It took me longer for the item to arrive than it did the first time I ordered. It took longer than I expected and it was almost finished before it arrived. It was also more costly.

Products at least PS6 more expensive than orders from Pets at Home, but we have never had any problems ordering or delivering goods.

My dog follows a strict diet. Vetpetni`s dog food is much less expensive. Excellent online ordering. I have already created a subscription so that I don`t have to repurchase.

Vetpetni was one of very few places where Royal Canin Hypoallergenic dry foods were in stock. It arrived quickly and was ordered, which is impressive given current difficulties in getting stuff across the Irish Sea. We are very grateful.

Excellent, reliable service. It is difficult to find nominated veterinarians who will deliver the order. It was difficult to find the right vets by using the map available on the website. It would be easier to arrange the vets alphabetically.

Excellent service. Two 10k bags were ordered. Two 10k bags arrived in a cardboard box that was badly damaged, but the driver kindly opened my back door and apologized for the condition of the box. These goods were too heavy to be cardboard. I agree. I would have taken one bag. Nevertheless, it arrived in good condition. We are grateful to the driver for his assistance.

Excellent service, but this time some cans were damaged and there was dog meat in the box. I had to throw the tins away as I wasn`t certain if they were lost during transit or before packaging.

Because I am slightly dyslexic, I accidentally inverted the number of my house (like a 9 instead a 6). They helped me get everything sorted and delivered to my home when my neighbour was confused. They were all so kind and helpful in getting it back to me in time for my little bird`s food.

It can be confusing to order online. Your home address is not your billing address, but your vets address. After you`ve ordered several times, it will become easier to get used to how it works. It is a great service and the delivery to the vet is fast and efficient. We thought we would lose our little dog, but the food works really well. Many thanks for your service.

I ordered a product that was hard to find. The order arrived in Ireland the next day from NI. This company is a great choice. Excellent price and delivery charges. Vetpetni is a great choice.
