Five stars is not enough for me! Wainscoting America has been professional, responsive and friendly to client needs. Prefabricated systems are so affordable and simple to install, and the quotes are clear ….. A custom prefabricated system from my company has made a huge difference in our company`s success as a national casino operator.

Debbie was patient with me and answered all my questions. She also gave me great suggestions, helped me calculate my measurements, and made the ordering process simple. Bob replaced damaged panels within days. The product is of excellent quality and the room is beautiful.

I placed the order using the design tool. I was contacted to confirm my measurements and provide assistance in measuring the project. I received the order in 14 days. However, two small filler boards had been missing. Wainscoting America was contacted and they promptly sent the missing boards. Thanks to Wainscoting America`s quality, the stair-wainscoting project was a success. I will recommend Wainscoting America and use their products for future projects.

It was simple to order material again and the staff were very helpful. FedEx ground delivered my packages and the company called me when one of them was delayed. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what we ordered. We were able order 150 lf wainscoting. It all worked perfectly. We were able adjust the rails to eliminate outlets. It worked very well.

Wainscoting America is my favorite. I searched everywhere and found that most of the options were made from plastic. Plastic was not what I wanted. I wanted the real thing and I got it. Deb was patient and very helpful. It was easy to install and looks great. It is the focal point of our remodel. We are grateful!

One panel was cut incorrectly by 3/4 inch. The end caps are extremely fragile, easily broken, and not uniformly lathed. It was difficult to align the end cap with the top caps. Each piece had a different lathing pattern. Some were at an angle, others weren`t fully lathed through and some were not lathed to the full depth.

I am so pleased I found wainscotingamerica.com. Bob was very helpful, from the beginning of my project through completion. He was also available for any questions throughout the installation. It is a superior design. They made my dining area renovation look professional. We are grateful to Bob and his team for their guidance. Jim

Excellent product, great service. Quick shipping. My only concern is the MDF`s durability, but it should be no problem. My application is to install coat hangers. I will need to anchor it to the brick wall (old house), but this is minor.
It`s an efficient and quick way to install wainscoting.

To update our bathtub surround, we ordered raised panels. Although the shape was difficult to fit, we were able install them with very little tweaking once we received the panels. We were pleased with the final result. The panels were excellent in design and quality. Sales was extremely helpful and efficient. Panels were delivered quickly. I would highly recommend.

The panels were flawless. We have already placed our third order with them. You can see the detail in the panels after painting, which is something you won`t get with panels that are thinner. This panel has a Millwork look and feel. Our staircase, upper landing, living room, and kitchen were completed. All are stunning, but the focal point of the living room is the custom-made window surrounds that they created. The family room and dining area are next.

A slight defect due to shipping error caused by the shipment was not a problem. My concern was quickly addressed and a replacement piece shipped in under 30 minutes.

I will be returning to the product because of its craftsmanship. The product is straight, no flaws, and measures the same from top to bottom.

This product is made in the USA and is not junk from overseas.

My second purchase from Wainscoting America, but not my last

I couldn`t be more pleased with a company. Wainscoting America is the third time I have ordered from them. Their products are great and their customer service is excellent. They are available to answer your phone. They will call to confirm/adjust your measurements. Deb was amazing in going over my measurements and correcting some mistakes. George was wonderful and gave me a heads-up about delivery. BTW, I don`t write reviews because they are so good.
