I am Yelping Yelp! Their app is a complete disaster: it`s glitchy and full with errors. Their website is also terrible, and does not allow you to read all reviews. Clicking on “read more”, it takes you directly to Google Playstore and their terrible app. We are not impressed! I`m not sure how the company is still in operation.

To purchase items for the Poly homecoming parade, I went to Smiths on Lancaster. There has been a place I go to for over 25 years. I had a 7″ x 11″ x 1 1/2″ purse and a built in wallet. I was told I couldn`t bring my purse into the store. My purse was safe in my SUV. I was asked to leave the shop. I don`t know what my mum would find in my purse. They told me I was 72 years old and had never stolen anything. I didn`t intend to steal anything.

This review is about samsung products. I went to the place of purchase to report that they have a 30-day return policy and that there is samsung`s 1-year guarantee. Every customer service agent has heavy accents and cannot understand them. They would exchange the refrigerator if it was repairable and they wouldn`t pay me for any groceries that went bad. Their products are of poor quality and they do not care about their customers. They will take your money, but won`t help you. They want you to keep the broken products. This company is worth a 1!

I waited for my security system to be repaired for over two weeks while hearing the high-pitched warning sound. It can even wake us up from sound sleep.
It was rescheduled (delayed an additional three days). We have been customers with Certified since 1974. Four homes and we have spent thousands of dollars with them. I am deeply disappointed.
This business is not recommended.
Simply unacceptable

This is the most insidious company that I have ever dealt with. They manipulate reviews to try and take money from your pockets. They chose to only display negative reviews from the many positive ones we have. They were not responsive and the service was slow for about two to three weeks after we paid them. It suddenly became all negative and they began to hide positive reviews. We wanted them to be honest about our reviews so people could see both the good and bad. They are not capable of creating a service that is even close to a regular service. If you care about your company`s reputation, don`t sign up for Yelp. It`s going be a hassle that will last far too long.

All Towing Co. Mr. Matthew. He was a great help. He treated me with great respect and helped me get my car to the garage. I tried to start my car but the battery was dead. I`m a senior citizen, and people like these are needed to help us. I trust our young people more because of my experience. Thanks. Matthew.

My friend & I had been traveling/sightseeing for two weeks and we wanted to sit down to a good dinner. Days Inn`s Manager recommended Nayarit Restaurant for excellent Mexican food.
We arrived at the restaurant full of local families and waited only a few minutes for three servers to bring our food to the table. The Combination Dinner Plate was excellent and very generous. It was delicious and I`ll be back for dinner next time I visit Durango.

Six months ago, I wrote a glowing review about Andersen Windows. We have waited at least six months for a large window to be repaired. Problem is, the installers damaged one screen. One screen was damaged after it was opened from the box in which it was stored. The installer told us that the screen wouldn`t fit in the window when we received the new screen. To fit the screen, the window had to be modified. My husband called several times, but they never returned my calls. This has happened repeatedly. It`s now Autumn and Winter. We are so mad that we don`t have a fixed window with a screen. Our experience was fantastic. I would never recommend your product to anyone.

Yelp is a joke! Yelp is a joke! I`ve left wonderful reviews, but when I look at them, I see that some are marked “not recommended.” Yelp is the only place that can review a product and determine which are recommended and which aren`t. It makes no sense, and I`m done wasting time.

Anyone who uses online services or is using a computer in today`s online world should highly recommend A1.

This is apparently a public forum that allows people to share their experiences. Yelp, a conniving company, only shows reviews for businesses when customers pay through Yelp. Yelp has hidden over 30 positive reviews of mine, claiming that their algorithm is not designed to do this. They want you to spend thousands of dollars to make those reviews public. This business is not legitimate or honest. They are the epitome of what a crook looks like. Shame on Yelp. Shame on Yelp for being such a dishonest and lying entity. Your employees are rude and disrespectful. Stop using this company and find other options. They don`t have the right to take your time or money.

Matsuhisa is a Japense Resturant in Vail, Colorado. I am a regular customer. However, we were unable to pay $180 with our American Express Black card or any other person using the corporate American Express or Mastercard. They were denied, according to the manager. American Expresss verified that the bill had not been submitted to any Matsuhisa credit card banks. Max Beleck, the manager called to apologize the next day. His excuse was not true. We were told by him that his payment terminals couldn`t process more than $50.00. You can`t get more than edamame at $50.00, excuse me. He was simply trying to solve his payment problems. Avoid Matsuhisa if you don`t enjoy the feeling of being paid off or have large sums of cash.

Yelp is a complete scam, as most people are aware. They are now trying to get rid of any 5-star reviews, if they think you asked someone for them.
They will show 1- and 2-star reviews within the same time frame, even if you don`t spend enough on their Enhanced Listings or PPC advertisements.
Their customer service department is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. They are constantly changing their organization and don`t know the name of your account manager. They yell at customers when they call asking why they don`t show their good reviews.
