He claimed he was a senior manager. I told him I was very rude, and he only said “I`m sorry that you feel that way”, nothing about treating me with good sense. I will never again walk into that store Famous is not to be criticized, but their choice of employees that represent them is. This person would do better in a job that does not involve the public.

Spend less money on shoes and get a footlocker. I spent $74.99 on white Nike sneakers for work. They sent me used shoes. The shoes had red lipstick stained the flap and bottom of a WHITE sneaker. To top it all, the shoes were not stuffed as brand new shoes are supposed to be. Instead, they came unlaced and carelessly handled. My receipt shows that the store that packaged my sneakers is #2982. I would appreciate a discount from someone higher up. 20% is too much for me as a customer. You guys are the worst!
Spend less money on shoes and get a footlocker. I spent $74.99 on white Nike sneakers for work. They sent me used shoes. The shoes had red lipstick stained the flap and bottom of a WHITE sneaker. To top it all, the shoes were not stuffed as brand new
What`s not too like? They were discovered through duck duck go, not Google. I was able to get a great deal on Reebok athletic footwear and they were delivered via FedEx within two days. What`s not great about this deal?

This store is great! I shop mostly in person, but occasionally make an online purchase. No dramas. They carry my favorite brand, London Rebel.

They scammed me, sent me a wrong order, and despite all the documentation to support it, they continue to deny.
I did not receive 4 shoes
I can only imagine their frustration.

Return services suck. I was sent the wrong shoes after I placed an online order. Instead of sending them right away, they told me that I would have to take the shoes to the closest store to return it. If they`re still available, they will issue a refund. It is quite irritating and inconvenient. Some stores offer better customer service and are more willing to admit mistakes. Instead of further delay, they could have reprocessed the order over the phone and sent a new shipment immediately. They could have sent me a prepaid return label so that I could return the wrong item within 30 days. Some shops offer this service. If you don`t return the item within 30 days, they will charge you for it. I am disappointed because I shop at Famous Footwear online quite often and this is how they choose not to accommodate their customers for reasons beyond their control. Let`s see if I can get to a local store soon. Ugh!

After I made the payment, a pop-up informed me that there had been a technical problem. Please try again later. After confirming the purchase, I discovered that I had been charged five times for the order I attempted to place. I called your online support, but was informed that there was no order in my name and that it would be best to call my bank. My bank said there was nothing I could do as the charges were in-process. They are still in process so I will have to wait until they clear before I can make a claim. I called customer service again to inform them. After waiting for 20 minutes, the phone rang and was immediately disconnected. I then went to a survey to find out how you solved my problem. I called back again after another 20 minutes and was told that nothing could be done. I was genuinely sorry but you have to accept it. To add insult to injury, I receive an email stating that there are items in my cart I have not paid for… really??? You have taken my money and I now have $50 less in my account on a holiday weekend. Since before becoming a member, I have been a loyal customer for many years. I will never purchase anything from you again. Customer service is the best. It`s absurd to me that there is nothing that can be done to make this right. Ridiculous!
