Overall, the experience was pleasant and I was pleased with the level of customer service. I was able to get a loan in a short time and the funds were available the next day. DuGood was easy to work with and the process was seamless. I highly recommend them for personal or holiday loans.

I have been disabled for a while and I get lost trying to bank.
DuGood is patient and will take their time with any transaction. Once the transaction is completed, I can drive off with confidence knowing that I made a secure transaction.

The Port Neches branch was the last place I needed assistance. Brenda helped me to get a preapproved credit line and transferred the money into my checking account. I was purchasing a used car. I was still waiting for a check deposit and it was getting late. When my check arrived, I paid off the signature loan in just two banking days. I was able to use the $5000 in two days for less than $10, which saved me a lot time and headaches. Brenda and Dugood have been my happy members since 1979.

The best credit union and bank I`ve ever worked with. Professionally managed, but still with the small-town heart. They are friendly and efficient. I think drive-thru is sometimes slower than going inside. However, since I have a handicap, it`s worth it to wait for the smiles and the thank you.

Although the interactions with office staff were not warm and friendly, they were helpful. The drive-up employees are warm and helpful. Overall, I found my experience to be satisfactory. My interactions with Dugood do not reflect my overall opinions.

Excellent bank to work for. It was easy to withdraw money and put money in. When I go to the bank, my ladies are always kind and polite. I love the app for iphone. It is extremely useful and makes it easy to track your account.
