Truefacet has allowed me to purchase 4 watches and I have used trade-ins for these purchases. Truefacet has paid me the best for all my trade-ins. I was able to obtain the Rolexes that were not in stock by retailers or on long waiting lists because of their dealer selection. Their Concierge and customer service team have been very accommodating. They even sized my watches before they were sent to me, so that I can immediately wear them. This company has nothing but positive comments.

I ordered a similar ring to one I already had so I knew what it should look like. Although the ring was worn, it still looked like new. TrueFacet did a great job polishing the Cartier Ring. It was a great ring that I could trust and the price was reasonable. TrueFacet delivered the ring to me while I was away on vacation for 2 weeks. It was all in all a wonderful transaction. I love the ring and the company. They are great and I wouldn`t hesitate to order from them again.

I searched for months for the perfect gift to give my fiance for her 30th birthday. This Movado was the perfect gift! Although I was skeptical about buying online, this experience proved to be amazing!

I ordered a cartier bracelet and waited six weeks before I received it. They kept saying it would be delivered the next week, but I decided to cancel after six weeks. I was issued a refund, but the 52$ was not credited to my account. Hetal was more than three times available to complete my refund since I did not receive the product. I have sent three emails, but no reply. While they were prompt to reply when I was waiting, they never responded to my complete refund request. They were very understanding and didn`t apologize for not giving me a full refund.

True Facet is the second Rolex I`ve purchased. I couldn`t be happier with the quick delivery, customer service and great value. There is no better place to buy Rolex watches than True Facet. (And I did my research!) I was searching for a preowned Datejust watch, but ended up finding a brand-new Datejust II for less money than a preowned. When I wanted to purchase a new Rolex, the PA Rolex store didn`t return my call. They clearly lost the sale! They clearly lost the sale! Needless to state, I will be shopping again here for my next item – preowned or new!
