Quality product shipped quickly. Rejuvenation sent us a custom-made light fixture. We were unable to reach their customer service by phone or email. However, we did find the longer nickel-plated screws we needed on your website. The fixture now has the glass shades securely mounted.

Lamp parts were difficult to find in my local hardware store. I also repair lamps in my small furniture shop. Many people who repair lamps have meaning. It`s important to find the right parts and not something that will just work. The parts I needed were in perfect condition, I received them quickly (not overnight but within days), and I was able finish the piano lamp and return it to its happy home.

This unique collection of brass parts allowed me to repair/rehang a 40-year-old chandelier. I was able to use their easy-to-use website to order the right parts. The only problem is that technical questions were not answered by the personal contact. Yes, it was a small order and I am still a beginner. They sent me an email with a catalog photo entitled 3-way lamp switch when I asked them if they had any. I ordered five. They were 3-way lamps switches that can be used horizontally, which I found out when I received them. Most 3-way floor and table lamp switches are made for vertical applications, so I ordered them. For items with unique design specifications, the online catalog should show the application type. It is impossible to tell from a photo of a catalog that only shows a part number. The merchandise`s value is outweighed by the cost of returning it and paying a restocking fee. Attention buyers! You might find a better place to buy DIY parts at your local hardware store or big-box store next time.

Excellent service. The glass shade arrived safely and well-protected. The glass quality is my only complaint. Original appeared to have been cast in one piece. The seams on the replacement appear to indicate that it was made in two pieces. It is an insignificant observation that doesn`t impact the functionality of the shade.

It was great value for money, the product was beautiful, and delivery was quick. However, it was too small. It would be helpful to include dimensions in the product description. We were able to fix the chandelier before Christmas, and we saved hundreds of dollars. Yay! !
