I order a Taylor drive shaft puller because we had several drive shafts sticking. The cost was less than $150.00 and it arrived in 5 days. It was easy to use and very well worth it! !

I ordered parts to make a frozen yogurt machine. It was a bit confusing to know which part was required. I ordered the wrong part. After a quick phone call, the confusion was resolved and the correct part was sent. We will be back, thank you softserve.

I placed an order. I received an email confirming that the order was being reviewed and that they would contact me.
My credit card was charged for the order. I tried to contact the company four times, but they never returned my call. No shipping information. No invoice. There was no information about the order. I was only able to get a review via email.

6 plastic scraper blades were ordered. In my first review, I stated that I received an incorrect item. I later found out that it was not misleading. Taylor offers two sizes of blades to fit their machine. The owner of the company, Mr Carl Rickard, was kind enough to bring this up and send me the correct size. When the business addresses the issue in a professional way, you know that you are working with quality. We are grateful

The correct invoice was received and the correct part number was on the invoice. However, the parts that were in the box were not correct. SSP was contacted and a text message was sent informing me that my email had been received. The text indicated that the correct parts would be sent out on Monday. Parts have yet to arrive. It`s Saturday now. It is very concerning that I have not been contacted directly by SSP to confirm that the correct parts were shipped. It would be great to have more communication.

A company`s ability to resolve customer problems should be evaluated. When my count was not complete upon delivery (of a small item), I contacted softserveparts.com to get the remainder delivered within a few days. That`s why I will continue doing business with softserveparts.com

Fast shipping, as promised. However, the feed tubes were refurbished and had dirt and scratches.
