My first review over here.Was browsing last week looking to order some Balkan food,Balkan fresh poped up,I tried ordered,paid,everything came today.Must say they are accurate,wrapped package very very good almost every single item was wraped.I was impressed that kinda told me that they really care. I had a question and received a reply within 5 minutes.

Today I received my order. I believe the product has expired because of blurred expiration dates. They issued a refund for products with an unclear expiration date. However, shipping costs alone were 4x the amount. I asked if they could replace my order, but was told no. Overall, the customer service was excellent.

I ordered Burek Cheese, Beef, and Cheese. It was by far the worst thing I have ever eaten. It had a low filling, and it was saltier than cheese. Beef burek was slightly better tasting but the overwhelming onion was an unpleasant taste. Burek was not something I tried in Croatia or Bosnia. It is a cheap imitation of someone else`s burek. Balkan Fresh has been my customer for many years. I have ordered other products, but this product is the best. Make your own burek if you have to. Recipes are available online. These recipes are not worth the money.

Yesterday I placed my order and it arrived today. I have never received anything so fast. There are a lot of really great products. Customer service is a ten-star. I have never received so much assistance. They respond quickly, and even though I couldn`t find the product I needed, they sent me the links. I am very satisfied with my order and order again

Balkanfresh was a new Instagram account that I saw and I decided to investigate it. First, I thought “no way” that I could get the taste of Texas back home. I was wrong! I was so pleased with how my order was handled, and how quickly it was delivered. Because the service is excellent and the food is fresh, I`ve been sharing the site with my Balkan family and friends.

BalkanFresh delivers high quality products at a reasonable price and also delivers orders almost every day by the end. They respond quickly via Instagram and text and are able to explain their points system and how points can be applied to my order to get $$$ off. I would order from them again and recommend them to my friends and family. BalkanFresh, thank you.

My package arrived damaged with 3 broken jars. As soon as my package arrived, I called. Although I didn`t expect an answer immediately, I got one. I was made to feel very sorry and they offered to reimburse me for any damaged products. Such great service! It was amazing. They have great product and very reasonable prices. I will order again from them soon.

It was a joy to find my favourite Balkan food online. I am fortunate to live in MA, so I can shop for frozen burek and other items. We now have plenty of burek, cheese, and rolls. We can`t resist the eurokrem, rosehip jam and pasteta. It brings back childhood memories. Their customer service was excellent and shipping was very fast. The order was delivered the next day. They are the best! I will continue to order from them. We are grateful! !

It`s my first delivery, and it is wonderful. Last night I ordered and received it tonight. Excellent service and fast delivery. The website has some glitches that allow me to add items in cart. For others, I can click for days without them getting in my cart. Everything else is greatggg

This company is amazing. It`s difficult to find european products in Florida. They shipped everything, insulated my refrigerated stuff, which was the most important thing to me, and delivered it to my apartment. Very responsive and fast delivery from New York!
