Because this company doesn`t have an office at the Airport, I need to know them before I sign the contract. It also makes it more difficult to find the person who will bring the car to me. The same happened when I returned my car for drop off.

They refused to let me book when I arrived at the rental counter. I sent an email to support asking for a refund. The QEEQ agent quickly assumed that I was not available and sent me their policy (“No due diligence whatsoever”). I sent a screenshot of the Uber that I had to rent from the counter at my hotel. His response was that I was 15 minutes late for my booking, and probably why the rental company declined the booking. I also stated before NO due diligence. I sent an excerpt of their terms, where they claim they will argue in your best interests if anything goes wrong. They clearly don`t care about people and would rather make money. QEEQ is a waste of time and money, especially when you`re on holiday. It`s just not worth it.

I made a booking for a car. I was unable to find a car booking after 2 days. This was just one day before my trip. I checked to see if there was a cancellation fee so that I could cancel the booking and rebook it with another provider. Although it didn`t charge me for cancelling, they charged me a cancellation fee!

After a bit of a delay in finding the office, we finally found it and spoke with someone about the details. The car, A Toyota Corolla, although a bit scratchy from the outside, was extremely clean inside and ran really well. I wouldn`t hesitate hiring again with this company if all their cars drove as well.

I rented through kayak. They use qeeq. I gave all documents, paid the rent, and SIXT agent said no. Qeeq recorded the phone conversation, took pictures of me, my passport, credit card and Licence. And still no refund! They are stealing my cash

QeeQ`s simplicity and ease made it so great for us. It can be difficult to rent in Mexico, but QeeQ was easy and straightforward. QeeQ was cheaper than any other rental company and we will continue to use them. This was our second experience. Thank you QeeQ

I rented a car to transport the company`s business.
I used my personal credit card to pay for the rental car.
I returned the car to the company and asked to make the payment via my credit card.
The employee however claims that it is impossible for them to change their credit card.
The payment was made using my credit card until now.
I would like to request a change in the company`s credit cards.

The car is too old and worn out, the engine is very noisy and jerks a lot. I was told that I would not be getting the car I had reserved when I picked up the vehicle. I waited 45 minutes before the car was ready. I was disappointed my first time renting from this company.

The app was simple to use and a positive experience all around. The 200km limit per day was not clearly stated during booking. However, cancellation policy allows for cancellation and rebooking at no cost. This information should be included in the listing prior to payment processing.
